How to make a refund on your card machine

It’s quick and easy to handle refunds on your credit card machine. Learn how to refund card transactions processed with Move/5000 terminal.

To complete a Refund:
Select Menu - Select Refunds - Enter the refund amount - Insert the card - Press Enter -
Press Enter again to print out a receipt - Ask customer to sign the receipt - Press Enter one more time, to print the customer’s copy.
