This is probably one of the best explanations I have listened to. Clear/simple and delivered at a good pace.
Thank you, will let you know how we get on. We have a Ssanggyong Tivoli, not a big fan so far, lots of issues for a 2018 plate! Good pull when it works correctly but lots a steady flow of niggles including; seat heating coming on when not required, breaks wearing quickly, sluggish to start, confusing stereo and wiper systems, and initial clutch issues! Expensive despite initial purchasing prices.
Shame, leather work nice and pull generally good!

3:30 I don't quite understand if the EGR is 100% off or 50% open. In which case exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber. When it stays open or when it stays closed? I couldn't understand it fully because there was a YouTube translation error. Can you help me please?

Great video. Have a rattling noise at idle on a volvo v40 d3 2014. No codes. Checked with vida and when egr is activated the rattle goes as well. Any possible causes? Dreading opening it up and trying to clean it but I think I ll have a go at it. One could always learn by failure 😉.

I decided to replace mine on my 02 Jetta tdi because it was leaking pretty bad and I didn’t want to take it off and find I needed to replace something so just bought a new one and it took me about an hour to do the swap. The original one was packed with carbon build up and I’m surprised it was working at all. New one is on and all cleaned up and no leaks.

my 2010 transit connect xlt runs like CRAP, Ive rebuilt the tranny, rebuilt the engine, whole new exhaust, but not the manifold, changed plugs and coils, throttle body, all that. but for some reason my transit runs like it did before I did all this. And to mention I have no check engine light. Any reason to why mines still has sluggish acceleration and poor fuel economy??!!!
