If this counts as a rebuttal to Christianity, then my mom's spaghetti sauce counts as a meal.

He’s also ignoring the fact that Moses wrote about Joseph, so it’s ok for Moses who was born under a pharaoh to call them pharaohs throughout the whole section of the Bible that Moses authored

There are only contradictions in the Bible if you do not understand theology.

As an Egyptian Muslim, you're right. The term pharoh referst to "king" or "holy son of god" as the Ancient Egyptians usually worshipped their rulers, that term was used for over 5000 years between the dynasties of Pharoh Mina and Ramses III, basically, until the invasion of the Persians.

some of these “shocking” controversies are so easily explainable 😂

They believe that Allah's words cannot be corrupted, but they also believe that the Torah, which they consider to be sent by Allah, became corrupted. 🤦‍♂️

What’s really shocking is how these random anti-Christians believe that THEY would or could discover some as of yet unknown error in the Bible - the most widely read, most widely studied, and most intensely researched book in all of human history... by FAR.
(and they STILL keep getting it wrong!)

This is NOT a mistranslation. Moses wrote the Torah, the first 5 books of the bible. That means he wrote the term Pharaoh because that's what he called them at the time.

The Qur'an makes numerous historical errors, but they never mention those.

Edit: people asked me for only ONE example "I DARE YOU".
As if that would scare me or something.

How about the crucifixion in the time of Egypt? Chainmail in the time of David? Both historical incorrect.
Or should we mention the most obvious one: the crucifixion of Jesus which according to Islam didn't happen. But any serious historical scholar will say that the crucifixion is one of the most certain fact in history.

This point of pharaohs and kings is used to show that the Quran did not copy from the Bible, which this point demonstrates really well.
Going on to discredit the Bible with this point is a bit of a stretch but it just shows you the subtle nuances that differentiate the words of men from the words of the all knowing God.

Egyptologist here 😀✋.
Actually he has a point no other ruler of Egypt at the time was called Pharaoh other then the one who was at the time of Moses .
All other rules were either called master "name" or just "name"

The reason why he was called "Pharaoh" is because the word "Pharaoh" means
Someone who is a tyrant lied on god and claimed to be one .

Rings any bells?

the meaning of the word "pharaoh" has changed as we started to refer it to all of the Egyptian rulers

The moment he started talking about the word pharaoh not appearing in the time at Abraham, I knew exactly where he was going and facepalmed.

I studied Egyptian history and culture for almost 2 years. That guy didn’t know what he was talking about

What is even funnier is that Muslims think pharaoh (Firaun) is a name instead of a title, and his wife was called Asiyah.

Talk about big historical mistakes.
