A wholefoods multivitamin review.

This vitamin combination uses a veriety of rainbow colour food groups and the extensive list of vegetables, fruits, fungi etc are all clearly labelled on the bottle.

It shows a high #antioxidant count in comparison to its tablet format range.

Use a shot glass and down the vitamin then follow up with water in the shot glass to clean out the shot glass and get the residual vitamin.

Heyyy Saoire, I use that multivitamin on daily basis. I mix 1 shot of that multivitamin, one shot of Udos choice oil and a 1/2 teaspoon of magnesium citrate (viridian) into my water bottle, add water and sip on it for the day...
I find the mixture taste really nice and the oil makes it a bit smooth

I can't get the cap off of my bottle...how did you get the cap to turn? it won't budge..I came on YT hoping someone had the same problem and shared how to get the cap off
