Green beans, avocado, julienned burdock root with carrots and diced shrimp clusters. So good. My mom told me to dust the veg with flour first to make the batter stick. It shouldn’t be thick anyway. Ice in the batter will make it crispier too. There is a way to prep shrimp to keep it from curling but I can’t describe it. Hiroyuki Terada has it on his channel. If you want fancy, try shiso leaves, batter only one side. I need a part 2 with fish and eggplant. ❤️
