Alternately, remove the cabinet-mounted rail. On the inner side you'll see the plastic soft-close mechanism is usually mounted simply by a spring mount through a hole in cabinet-mounted rail. Using your three hands; hold the cabinet-mounted rail, press the tip of a screwdriver through the hole onto the plastic soft-close mechanism and push in the slide of the draw mount. This will push off the soft-close mechanism from the cabinet-mounted rail turning you soft-close drawer into....a drawer. Bliss.
