Thank you! Accidentally knocked the soft close mechanism off and couldn't get it on again. Problem solved. Great instructions.

I just installed 2 of these. Unfortunately they are not adjustable in closing speed like my newer kitchen cabinets.

Doesn’t always work. The dampers often need a small adjustment. When these things don’t pop in it’s a nightmare. Easy fix: get a pair of needle nose pliers. Hook one end between the 2 fixed clips at the bottom. Hook the other end onto the springy part opposite it. Squeeze so you gently pull the springy part TOWARDS the two fixed clips. Now seat the hinge. If it seats but is a little loose, push the springy part gently AWAY from the two fixed clips and try again. Should sit in there perfectly.
