These houses are way too overpriced. Nigerian property developers are too greedy .. making a fortune by taking advantage of those in the diaspora. These new houses are smaller and smaller with no greenery around.. very limited parking, no privacy with houses on top of each other.. you guys wanna copy Western designs in a third world country with little to no security and unbearable heat.. African houses should be spacious for ventilation purposes and should be cheap due to poor economic conditions and infrastructural issues.
