The problem with any OLD house is often MOLD, which can make you deadly ill. It can go unnoticed to the naked eye in cielings, walls, & floors. I learned the hard way, & mold doesn't just leave the body! I wonder if the house in Selma Alabama made it through the tornado there today. It was sad to see some of the damage there. It was ironic that I watched this video for the first time and I almost couldn’t believe that it was from there.

Why not repair the Henderson-Barnes Home and update the exterior to fit the proposed development and make it a Welcome Center and event venue for the complex.

Some of the homes that are categorized as Victorian are actually Georgian architecture. Perhaps they were built during the Victorian era, but the architecture style is definitely Georgian.

At one time didn't HGTV help to rennovate homes like this. This list could easily be their next season of fixers with teams across the country consisting of skilled period craftsman. I'm sure tax credits or other federal or state funding could be acquired to do the work on these. Also wouldn't a lot of companies want to contribute the furnishings and building materials as well as exterior landscape design just for the advertising.

Unfortunately, they're okay for a home but, it's not in my country of Canada. Beautiful designs just unfortunate that it's not in Canada. Then again, I might be taking the chance to bring hauntings with the house to the new place...😳😏😉 Keep up the excellent work, Kyle! 💝💝💝

I love some of those but they are sold so fast. Most of these houses don’t stay on the market long
