Most military housing is privatized. I would be surprised if they had any control or knowledge of these types of things.

Let's talk about the DOD statistics that show 74% of all active service personnel deaths, SEVENTY-FOUR PERCENT, are NON-COMBAT deaths. Of those, NINETY-THREE PERCENT are on US SOIL.

Why can't the military of the USA not fix all the housing at once? They get almost trillions in tax money. Scary to think they are that unorganized. Being a Veteran I know that used to be a priority I don't think it is anymore.

Mr Hawley all the building materials have been going to the private sector. Now there’s a material shortage and probably qualified army engineers in that area. If it’s an army DIY. housing rebuild. If not it takes a private contractor and there booked way out. We need supplies army can get us the raw materials make some ear mark money as middle man. America can make the finished products plywood cement blocks solar roof tiles. We need battery storage like never before army engineers and scientist. 🇺🇸
