Lens cleaning done right: 1 blow, 2 brush, 3 blow, 4 Wipe with lens paper with a lens cleaning liquid, 5 blow again and put on lens cap/start shooting...HAMA supplies a decent lens paper and B+W has a lens cleaning solution, that is said to be the old Kodak solution, which is the bees knees. The Only thing I rinse off with any reusable item is if I am running a UV filter up front, as the filters are disposable items and used as such.

Most of the times dust it’s deep inside the lens. You need to open and clean it too!

I have a canon vixia 800 and my lens are dirty and have specks but I've already used the lens wipes and spray and nothing seems to work. does anyone know what it could be?

Yeah I don't know why using microfiber cloths are still a thing they scratch away thr coatings of the lens away a cotton cloth or quetips with some distilled water mixed with 70 precent isopropyl alcohol and another bowl of just distilled water to wipe away the alcohol residue after cleaning is the best way to safely clean your lens glass I understand if you making money with photography or videoography and you don't have time to carry all that around and set up to use but at least use a cotton t shirt or a cotton cloth pad or something I wish camera stores would stop pushing microfiber clothes to people
