A child that loves kale and chard? AMAZING! These kids will appreciate such amazing parents to help them stay healthy. And they cook!

I remember watching Under the Median and being so impressed when I found out they were also plant based! What a gift for your children to know how to live with this healthy way of eating and also how to budget. They are going to surpass so many pitfalls in life with a start like this.
Love this family

What a fantastic show! Such a wonderful and inspiring family. I agree with what they say about kids. My kid is 4, raised vegetarian, he eats almost all vegetables and that’s because that is what he knows, is what I serve at home. That’s all the food there is so if he’s hungry, he’ll eat, as simple as that.

Hi Chef AJ, thank you for all your wonderful wisdom and enthusiasm. I started WFPB 100% two weeks ago after the summit. I’m doing very well and am so happy with this after years of struggle and missing fruit and starchy veggies and rice and potatoes etc on low carb for diabetes. Because of your comment re cleaning garlic presses, I am writing just to give a suggestion for cleaning garlic presses - not that you need it anymore. I have a toothbrush in my kitchen and use it for many jobs especially cleaning the mini holes in the press.

This family is delightful! I hope you can sort out the tech issues for another Iron Chef challenge, because the Wares and Scotts would be so fun to watch!

You always have the most wonderful, delightful guests Chef AJ - maybe that's because YOU are too and the energy you put out attracts the like ;)? Well, no matter how that might be, thank you so much for this show! What a beautiful family, so energetic and lovely :D great tips as well. Before the pandemic started, a store I used to go to had these "yesterday's produce" bags, for what would be equivalent to 2 dollars, and there could be anywhere from 4-8/9 pounds of fruits and veggies there!! Just wonderful. Sadly, they don't seem to do them that much anymore; or it's just me, who only wants to go to the store at 6 am in the mornings nowadays before (almost) everyone else, because I live in Sweden and most people are still not wearing masks anywhere...

Really hope someone can figure out the Zoom thing for you, I'd love another Iron Chef! Though personally, I don't mind at all if you can still be seen during, Chef AJ, so I'd be perfectly fine as it was. I can understand if you want to do it that way, though, so I hope you get some help with it <3 sending kind regards and lots of love.
