I really wish my husband and kids would go vegan with me. I am really struggling making a meal for me and for them. My kids don't eat a ton of near but they will not eat veggies(even as babies they would spit out any veggie) I keep falling back into my old ways of eating and it's just terrible. :( poor excuses. I should just stop cooking meat and eventually they will eat if they are hungry right?!? I just worry they won't get everything nutrient wise that they need.
