For me, I’m extremely hourglass, i have very large thighs and an extremely small waist, the issue I’ve always had is the fact that none of my weight goes anywhere but my thighs and it means I can’t ever fit into jeans or clothes that fit my small waist because it won’t go past my thighs. I’m a size 6 on top, but a size 12 on bottom. I hope I’m not alone here

My main goals are to lose inner thigh fat and get rid of love handles as much as I can. I feel like my thighs are too big. I naturally have smaller calves so I feel weird. Especially since recently my family has confirmed my weight gain by saying "She's not skinny anymore she she's a little more full." Those comments don't help me feel better.

I am actually curious if I am the only person this happens to. Whenever I start any new exercise I notice how my thighs look even bigger than they where before. I am unsure whether it is because I am building muscle under the layers of fat or because of bloating so I stop doing the exercise because I think it doesn't help.
EDIT-If the same thing happens to you I would recommend you to keep doing the exercises since you will start noticing the results soon.I was able to lose 25 pounds in a few weeks and I didn't follow any diet.
I will also recommend doing a warmup/cool down and stretching if you build muscle easier or if you want to see better results.

i love the way you explained the difference between spot reducing and training muscles in an area— it’s something i’ve always been confused on, like if we can’t spot reduce fat why am i losing fat there? it’s finally clear to me, thank you!

U literally inspire me a lot in my journey I lost 37 pounds so far my weight goal is 50kg I used to be 71 right now I’m 54kg and I’m so happy about my body and u have been an inspiration through these 4 months💕💕
