I see this in a family member of mine, they have no goal in their life. Physically sick so a career is not possible, drug abuse, trauma, chasing bad relationship after relationship and now broken down, depressed and self destructing. This person for me is a big ad on why an Islamic way of life makes absolute sense. If they would have been a Muslim and lived their life like it, then 90% of those things could have been prevented

The concept of "Maiyyah" is a really powerful concept..

It shapes & moulds your inner conscious. You overall awareness is on a different heightened level, your conscious don't really feel the need to resort to depressing negative self talk despite your external physical reality unfavours you

But it takes conscious awareness time & time again to mould it for it to be aware the everbeing moment presence of Allah SWT.

If Allah knows everything that's gonna happen or did happen, why did he even bother creating a world where he knows exactly who will go against him and then send them to hell for it, isn't it all rather pointless, it's the same as me creating a robot and then complaining that the robot does what I programmed it to do.

Brother Hijab, Please clarify my question. Does Aethiesm refer to the lack of belief in God on individual level or it is the denial of the existence of God at all. (for oneself as well as for others.) And what is the difference between Aethiesm and Antithiesm ?

If you delude yourself that you have an imaginary friend, you *will* be less lonely. But who wants to live in delusion? I sure don't. And I'll take a mild increase to loneliness if that's what it takes to avoid delusion.
