6:19: the green sauce is called “muối ớt xanh” which is very good with seafood and grilled seafood/meat.
PS: Vietnam has a massive collection of dipping sauce 😋

We have the chicken salad spot here in Georgia. It's my go-to spot for a light lunch. We also have a Publix I won't never let them cook my seafood.

I have been going to the Pho restaurants in the Asian shopping center on Stirling at Davie Road Ext.. Now, I have to go one more street north to Griffin and check out all that meat in that pho…. That’s the way it’s SUPPOSED to look!

I met the man who started chicken salad standing in line for food somewhere else. But I love that place when I was back home I used to go once or twice a month. It's good and cheaper then most places.

“It’s not every day you see brisket in a phở.”??? I don’t recall ever being in a phở place that DIDN’T have it as an option. I usually stick to rare steak and meatballs (unless there’s a big upcharge for meatballs).
