Neofly is a nice addon indeed, almost Captain now.
Some tips: Take out loans, get a hub and make lines, the higher satisfaction the more they pay, every day there is a exploration mission available for good money, bigger planes pay more eg: grand caravan around 30-50k max with sens cargo vs CJ4 500K max with VIP Pax, hire pilots and buy them planes, they can make money when you are not there

It looks nice. I've been playing Air Hauler and Air Hauler 2 since FSX. Got the upgraded version when MSFS 2020 came out. This interface looks much nicer but I think I'd want to see more functions before swapping from Air Hauler 2.

Just FYI, your second landing you flew the airplane too slow and stalled it. C-152 on final full flaps 60 knots until the flare. And engine shutdown is done by pulling the mixture all the back to idle cutoff. Thanks for showing that career program will try it.

You crash due to too low airspeed. Before that you overspeed flaps (white arc). thanks for info about neo fly. I will try this one :)
