However, one thing I've noticed is that while we learn about various frameworks like daily standups, velocity charts, sprint retrospectives, and Agile Release Trains (ART), it's rare to see practical demos or templates for reports, charts, or meeting formats. It would be incredibly helpful if you could show real-world examples or templates of things like velocity charts, Agile Release Train planning, sprint reports, and even daily standup formats. It would really benefit learners like us who are trying to see how these concepts come to life in practice!"

The backlog refinement is a really good addition. If I had the power to change scrum guide I might make an additional appendix that could showcase certain edge case examples. As an example, walk through an example of what happens when a Product Owner cancels the sprint.

Great piece ! Feedback ! I listened to how you answered all questions and my assumption is that this is the approach you will suggest to newbies and old ! So I think you would have stated what that principle is you only said the first …? What does it stipulate? And you related it to the values as well and still didn’t state it in an interview am sure that’s shallow because the goal was to find out if people even know the agile principles!! That’s just a feedback!!!

Also for daily scrum am sure you need to be the facilitator until ur teams matures to the level of self organization which might be the storming stage or the Ha- stage (shu-ha Ri) model rather than just let them find themselves so interviewers need to know that your have created so much value to ur environment so much so that your teams now are self managed and can facilitate their own DSU!!! My 2 cents !! Thxxx

Regarding the daily scrum, my last several projects mandated that the Scrum master be present in the daily scrum.

I think in the 3rd question you are confusing between agile values and principles. The individual and interactions over tools and processes is an agile value and not principle.

But PBR is part of the 5 ceremonies, so how do you want to make it the 6th in your case? When it's already there
