Coach, concerning that a scrum master is NOT an admin, I can assure you that complete regions of the world don't yet understand what a scrum master is or what he is supposed to do or not supposed to do. It takes a few seconds to see the HUGE difference on Linkedin between scrum master job descriptions in the US and in the MENA. It even scares me out.
