Anyone who has started, owned and financially invested in a studio will know what we are talking about here. This is next level stuff. In NYC esp with that much real estate alone. It’s literally mind blowing. Owner has def done well for himself and deserves this. Something makes me think he isn’t in it for the money. You can tell it is passion and love for music and nothing else. I think good things are and will be happening here.

_Really_ cool spot. The owner seems like a really cool, unpretentious guy with a legitimate passion for all this stuff; music, art, facilitating its creation. It's great to see someone who's done well in the business world and then chooses to create a place such as this to do exactly that. Further, although its great to have a bunch of tasty vintage consoles and outboard, there's something to be said for the fact that most of the gear in here is top of the line _new_ stuff that is _reliable_ and doesn't require having a full time technician _on site._ The older stuff they do have (the DBX comps, old Neumann's and ribbon mics, some vintage synths, amps and guitars) is stuff that itself is reliable and comparably easy to maintain and repair. It only adds to the overall feeling and vibe of the studio when everything is up and running, properly set up and ready to go at a moment's notice. An incredible shop indeed.
