What's crazy now is when I watch movies and TV from the 80s and 90s, they seem to be of a much higher quality. The plot and dialogue is so much more intelligent and raw. It also feels like a lot of effort was put into these works, more so than today, where I swear technology shoulders most of the production burden.

Most LGBTQ people aren't that extreme nor care about stuff like that as long as they're being left alone... and the vast majority of the western world, which is where these companies try to sell... is simply annoyed
