Excellent video. What your position on shipping? Should you charge for shipping or not? You have to add in the cost shipping to your retail price if you do not have a separate shipping cost. At what cost do customer balk at paying for shipping? Etc.... Thanks

1) How do you know who your target audience is if you don't have a product yet? Do you find the audience first, then create the product(s)?

2) You mention a few different tools you're using for SEO, like Everbee, Sale Samurai, etc. Which ones would you recommend for someone like myself, a beginner with no experience, start with? Some of the ones you've mentioned seem to do the same thing, which has me a little confused.
