I had an experience almost seven years ago like this. I started crying and felt so ecstatic and peaceful. It lasted for 3 days. Just two weeks ago, I met someone exactly like me, almost as if I was meeting myself in the physical. The connection allowed me to dissolve my ego completely. No more fear, pain, hate. This reflection made me really look deep. I found the love within me, it was there all along. Everything I looked for outside of myself was there all along. Unconditional, peaceful, and flowing. I see it everywhere now. The ego was preventing me from experiencing it. I thought I was going crazy meeting this person, it didn't seem real. It was a divine connection and we both felt it, just on our second day together. We even felt it when we first met. We shared the same past, interests, intellectual, spiritual. It was overwhelming at some point. People were even being different around us, peaceful and calm. It became overwhelming and she decided to take some time away. It doesn't feel like we're apart though. This connection has allowed me to look within. I want everyone to experience this energy. Some people are so buried in their ego that it's hard to comprehend that there's something beyond it. They might even think you're crazy, but it doesn't matter.

It's just an experience. It passes like everything else. No sense clinging to it or trying to get it. If you experience it it's good, if you don't experience it it's good.

Spiritual enlightenment is always here and now.
But without liberation there is no enlightenment.
A totally free human being released from the physical body.
Liberation from the physical body is essential for spiritual enlightenment. Then it is when a human being is enlightenment and free.
But being enlightenment does not mean knowing everything. Only the essential to the only eye of the heart. The rest may be important but not essential.
The essential is invisible before the eyes of the mind.
The heart always observes the essential.
The mind only observes what is important. The essential is beyond the importance of something. Only he who is capable of observing for no reason, motive or interest is capable of appreciating the essential among what the mind thinks is important.
Intelligence is beyond rational logic.
Observing with true faith (not belief) is for no reason or motive.
All those who believe they are someone are important (gurus, politicians, world leaders...) When one believes is someone, it is never in spirit. The one who believes to be someone is always in body and mind.
When one believes to be someone, the heart closes and there is no room for the spirit because the only thing that rules is the stupid mind (always trying to memorize external information).
The only real and essential is always only here and now. The important thing is illusion always in the past or the future. Never present.
Things have to be done without reason or intention. Only with inspiration and attention in love.
The true self the spirit is never important. Always only essential.
Everything one seeks is important. But what is found is only essential, never important.
When one seeks; finds nothing because the essential is not important.
The mind seeks without finding. The spirit always knows and finds. The spirit never seeks or desire for anything. The spirit is always complite.
The truth is not sought, it is always here and now. The essential is only found. What is important is sought and never found.
Darkness always works for the light. But light never works for darkness. Light is just as it is; always flowing in harmony. Light is always free. Darkness always serves the light.
Spirit is light and body is darkness. Body works for the spirit.
There is no difference between the believer and the atheist. He who knows the spirit is neither a believer nor an atheist. It is only in its purest essence.
The spirit never sleeps nor even when the body rests.

Really no hate on Sadhguru, I will always listen to his advice and take most of them. But how does he know and explain in other videos how to get enlightened, when it just happened naturally for him, without even knowing what it is?

he experience great but this is not nirvana, or moksha because people who attain moksha cant describe about it percentage,
beyond mind, body, brain, time, silence, space....
no one can exlplain it.. or veda also talk about it

Sad is the fake Sadhguru. Very sad for those who are caught in his web. If you are looking for authentic teachers try Nisargadatta and Ramana Maharshi.
