wow.. $60.. that's like 3000 pesos... so cheap! Funny.. in the U.S.A some people would spend that on dinner for two. I just love living here. If i stayed living in the U.S. i wouldn't be able to retire until I'm 62. But now.. I can start enjoying my retired life at age 51 while i'm still younger.. and able to do things ... anyway.. great channel. I like how you show how it really is here!

Being a single guy, I could live in that place. I could deal with the Filipino style toilet as long as I put a seat on it. I would need aircon in the bedroom at least but that place is small enough it probably wouldn't cost a lot more to cool the whole place.

Thank you for the video. I really enjoy seeing whats available there and the prices. Real living, not those video's of nothing but resorts. I appreciate your work showing the REAL Philippines!

Because of the hot and hotter weather in the Philippines, people take a bath to cool them down that's why Filipinos are not used to hot water bath. During summer months you'll sweat profusely few minutes after an afternoon shower.

These types of what you get for your buck blogs are very helpful. You could do a ton of these and they would beat any rambling on about nothing blog any day of the week. Constructive feedback there are more than one country that have the almighty $ as currency and it needs to be clearly spelt out, whose $.

Can you imagine that room if you spent £1000. On better furniture and put a TV on the wall. It would be a different place altogether.
Cleanest cheapest room I have seen in South East Asia.
Thanks for the video

Nice. The Philippines has it all, $60 dollar apartments and $600 apartments.

Thank you for making and sharing.
This is hope for some and an "an insurance policy" for many.

Having lived in the Philippines at Clark Air Base long time ago in 1991. For that price. It is really a great steal for the locals who would love that or a foreigner who really is tight on a budget. Bravo on that property. I know most foreigners would be great if they pay at $150 US per month there.

Like the rental videos. My fiancé and I actually want to see about living in Cavite when I get back over there.

This is 2 years ago. Came up on my feed. No hot water when I was living in Leyte 1977-1981. I’d boil a kettle of water for the bucket to take the initial cold bite out of the water.

With that apartment the 500 dollar a month dream in the Philippines could come true...😎

How easy it to have a well dug for water there?. I was thinking that if you wanted to have an American toilet all you need to do it fill the reservoir and that can done via hand pumped from a well

How do Philipinos bathe? I didn't notice a shower in the bathroom.

For those who are wondering (foreign viewers), Shower is not that common use for us filipinos, If the Household has a shower, most probably filipinos will still opt to use our traditional way, "tabo" as we believe that we can take our bath more cleaner.

Awesome. Love it. Most foreigners will tell you that for that money, you’ll be living in a grass hut! Not true. You just have to look around and stop trying to live like you are in the USA. This is the real Philippines. I have a/c in my bedroom.

Great point that a place like that lets you to travel and not worry about the cost of maintaining your home. I cant wait until travel opens up again!

After 15 minutes I would feel like a smothered smurf. Give me off-white any day. Otherwise I could deal with that if I was alone.
