I was using an old pc with an HDD and just recently got a new one with an SSD. It’s crazy how long I used to wait for even chrome to open up. I’m honestly surprised that thing didn’t blow up. was probably only ever cleaned once or twice and had a super shitty psu. I think it was just the basic 80 plus. thing went strong for 6 years though and it still going if I decide to plug it back in

When was the last time anyone upgraded their pc? Because I never have I wait 5 years then build a new one if it starts to slow down

Yeah I build my first computer and went kinda cheap in the case. It is the one thing I regret. Air flow is not great but it’s serviceable, worst part was the ability to do good cable management. Just no room. When I upgrade I am going to have to get a new one. At least I know now.

Want long term upgrade paths, stick with AMD! Their AM4 socket still pumping out upgrades and they seem like AM5 will have a nice long life too!
