Really good explanations thank you!

I have 2 doubts though, the first is that you mentioned SRAM needs more power due to higher components, but if we consider the fact it does not have to be refreshed unlike DRAM, does that mean it would actually use less power?

Second is, considering that it does not need to be constantly refreshed, wouldn't it actually generate less heat compared to DRAM?

sir everything in ok but SRAM in less dense and DRAM offers higher density (more bits per chip)
