This video is intended for users that are having issues with nvidia photo or game filters and nvidia in-game overlay when we are pressing alt+z on our keyboard, specifically in-game but working on desktop.

Alternative fix-
In nvidia share Properties click on Compatibility tab
Check the box "Run this program in Compatibility mode for" & select Windows 7 in drop down.
& Check the box "Run this program as an administrator".
Click Apply, and then Ok.

I followed your steps, but I had to launch COD from the Nvidia GeForce Experience app. You forgot to mention that important step. Also, make sure that Nvidia Share and Nvidia GeForce Experience are allowed through your firewall.

the settings look different on windows 10. i assume its the on/off toggle for hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling?
