For guys that can’t find this setting and are on a laptop, it’s probably that your iGPU is handling that part of your display, but you can remedy this once you connect your laptop to an external monitor and by only showing display 2, this happens due to Optimus meaning your dedicated gpu is still passing iGPU on your laptop display.

For laptops user:- Use the intel or amd software for display setting because the display output is from igup not from nvidia gpu

ASUS laptop owners with a MUX Switch, choose the Ultimate mode in the armoury crate app and restart your PC, it should appear now.

Guys, make sure to connect the monitor cable to the graphics card port (under motherboard ports), not in the motherboard port.

I watched tons of videos for months and followed so many steps and deleting shit. If you are in the same boat see my fix: Those of you using a Display Port Cord (this is the cord that has a D on it) you have to plug your display port cord from your monitor directly into your Graphics Card Display port on your pc. It worked in seconds. Hope this helps everyone, FYI I don't know how it works with a laptop.

If it’s still not showing up, uninstall Control Panel, uninstall GeForce Experience, reboot, reinstall Control Panel and open it to be sure display settings are showing up. Then reinstall GeForce Experience and reboot. Should be good to go.

It was working with the old drivers I had 3 hours ago, now it is not working, I have a Game Ready Driver, Version 555.85, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. Should I go back to the old driver for now?

i might aswell share another comment that helped me, sorry for copying but have your monitor plugged into your motherboard instead of your graphics card, to do this just see the place that u have ur monitor plugged into and look a little down, you will see a rectangle plug it into wherever it fits there

I got solution for laptop users:
Check whether ur laptop has mux switch u can see that option in bios
Change it to nvidia then il have display options in control panel and performance boost in all games and desktop browsing that's it.

One reason the display settings may not be showing is because your monitor cable is plugged into the Motherboard connection and not the Graphics Card connection.

If you are on a gaming laptop. They often use the integrated APU for desktop and web browsing and only activates your dedicated gpu during gaming, also meaning when you open the control panel from desktop you are not using your dedicated GPU at that time, so go to device manager and disable your intel or amd integrated graphics will also free up space on your CPU. So win win.
