✔1. You Need a good Thumbnail!
- Whenever you search for something on YouTube, you see the thumbnail first and then decide whether or not to read the title. And the next time you do search for something, before you a chose a YouTube video, sermon, or tutorial ask yourself "Why did I choose this video?"

✔2. You Need a good Title!

Our church used this strategy early on and now we are past 139,000 YouTube subscribers! And growing several hundred every day! This really is a new mission field, and we need to steward it well.
