On the first tip: naming the video file. I saw someone talk about this recently and it sounded like nonsense…but I tried it for my last video and all of a sudden, a few days after posting it, I had hundreds more views come in from external source - Google! What the heck!!! I’ve been uploading regularly for YEARS and this is brand new info. I’m trying it again today for my new video so will see what happens.

Your YouTube challenge is really helping me. God works in amazing ways. I’m literally taking notes. I bought a notebook for it.😂 I’ve been putting off posting videos for two years. I bought an action cam and helmet mount and filled all of my memory cards with motorcycle videos. Then I got overwhelmed by the editing process and storyline details. Now I’m going to devote time every day to finish and post the first video and continue with scheduled posts as often as I can manage. Thank you for this series.

Hey, I just found your channel and binged the 7 videos, I'm so loving it. The concept of simplifying YT is so fresh. Can you please make a video on how to reduce all the prep before filming? In one video, you talked about how you give yourself only 1 hour to film a video! For me, doing my makeup and getting all dressed takes one hour itself. Then, setting up the shot takes another 30 mins. Honestly, I've contemplated not doing makeup in my videos (because mine is educational content anyways), but I see every creator so dolled up in their videos and I think that probably looks more professional. What do you think?
