I've been very impressed with Keto Bakes products so far, with the exception of their cinnamon rolls. Their ingredients are clean and the taste has been great. In this video, I test out their supposedly ZERO net carb, supposedly "Best EVER" classic bread.

The products in this review were provided for free on the condition that the manufacturer agrees that I will do a fair and honest review.

Quick note: If I don't show blood glucose results in a video, that means that there was no glucose spike, and there was none with this bread - though I didn't expect one given the ingredients.

I may give this a go. Something you might want to know is this video did not show up on your videos tab on your channel page. The only way I knew about it was with notifications.

A company whose primary market is people who are very concerned with accurate macros should hold itself to a much higher standard of nutrition labeling than, say, Nabisco.

For $11.99 per package you shouldn't have to add any additional ingredients or have to cook it for 100 minutes. I mean come on, that price is ridiculous. Not something i'd ever pay, no matter how good it may be.

IDK? At $11.99 a loaf, I’ll just keep going without bread. Haven’t eaten bread in 4 years - not going to start now. Especially after losing 150lbs on Keto.

Hi Steve. Thanks for all your awesome videos 🤩 Breads that contain psyllium husk or powder need to be baked to a tempt of between 180-200o Fahrenheit. Start with the given baking time, then start checking the temperature. This info comes from Lisa @ Low Carb Yum. This is to keep the bread from falling and being sticky or over moist. I hope that is helpful 😀

1 NC works for me. 5 total carbs really isn't that outrageous, either... so long as you have self control around fresh, warm bread & butter. [Speaking for myself...Mmmmm maybe not so much].

That dough sure looked nice going into the pan, though.

totally agree with you. if is .5 gram, then put .5 gram. same with pam spay, it's saying 0 fat but is 100% fat. because they use a fraction sec. nobody does that.
