Hi everyone, Bap here with another flip progression!
I've never done gymnastics or had any sort of coaching in flips but I thought it would be awesome to learn this trick from scratch. So, I watched some Youtube tutorials and gave it my best shot.
Watch as I progress from the trampoline to the mattress and finally to ground!
The hardest part for me was trying to get sideways rotation rather than front rotation as it did not come naturally to me. I finally overcame this by overcompensating with backflip motion.
In my experience the side flip was much harder to master than the front flip and back flip so I'd recommend learning those before attempting the side flip.
