Sideflip Progression- 1 day

Progression video of me learning to do a sideflip! I have included every attempt I did on camera just like my other progression video, so this shows the full improvement. It turns out doing it on a spring floor really does help, so dont get mad that I landed it so fast. I worked on it a lot off camera and anyone can do it if they set their mind to it.
