Bought their dvd from the “black symphony” concert in 2008 and became a fan immediately. Went to a show in 2010, which was my first live concert ever and went to a lot concerts of them since then. End november they do a concert together with evanescence. Must be great. Got a ticket. One of my favorite bands. Thank you for this reaction.

Something people haven’t said about this album…it was a “transmedia storytelling”, release along with three short films and six comic book issues, a comic book about lost souls tasked to “make right what is wrong” as a penance for their previous sins. The album was something of a soundtrack for the story. It’s a fantastic concept, and this song and “Faster” are definitely the best of the singles that came out of it.

Honestly, if you want to react to some live performances, I highly recommend Black Symphony from 2008, as Within Temptation performed with a live orchestra and choir. My favorite song from that show is Truth Beneath the Rose, as it is about confronting your own conscience, and asking if redemption is possible. It's a very good song, and if you like a nice balance between metal and the classical symphonic sound, Truth Beneath the Rose is a song that has that balance.

I love this band been following them since there album Mother Earth the unforgiving in my opinion is one of there most underrated albums ever.
