Sir, 30 years back means in year 1994 a 2bhk house in Borivali, Mumbai was costing around Rs: 15 lakhs and today after 30 years it costs Rs:1.5 crore so return is 10 times, so same way Rs:1 crore ka loan Wale flat ka value will be approx 10 crore but he got that home for Rs:2.15 crore.

Please Practical baat karo, 6% ka loan nahi milta hai, or agar mortgage bhi ache CIBIL ke sath liya fir bhi aapko 8-9% pe hi milega, and agar full cost calculate karoge loan ki ( processing, file charge, Insurance) to aapko 14% se niche kahi nahi milega.
