Maybe it's the angle of the video but it looks like she's putting them in upside down; that's why some of the people on here are confused. One thing I don't understand: why do companies make the staples longer than what you can put into the machine? I had to break off part of the Staples so they would fit into the magazine.

Yes. but she's putting the closed side up, and the points facing into the machine. It still helped me loaf it, because I was trying to put the staples on the outside of the"bar."

I brought an Arrow staple gun and staples of another brand that stated they would work for Arrow, after reading and rereading the instructions and trying to load the staple gun for 30 min I gave up. I was about to order arrow staples when I thought to check yYou Tube to see if there was a tutorial and this was the first one that popped up and it WORKED😳 I'm so happy, Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!😊

Isn't she loading the staples upside-down? The instruction says to have the points pointing upward, away from the tool.

My T50AC is jammed, and I can't get it to stop. When I open the magazine, the jammed brad nail flies out. When I try again, it acts like it's going to work but jams again. Any suggestions?

Thank god for Youtube videos, because the "manual" for this is total CRAP!!! Also, BEWARE of getting your fingers/palm PINCHED when opening the staple

Ok so you sell me the gun without a manual to tell me how to load brads and I find this on Youtube with no mention of loading brads. Give me a QR code on the box with a video or some direction on this. This is crazy! You're begging for returns to the place of purchase when you dont use common sense like this!
