How to load the TruTac Stapler

The females presentation is much better. I've watched them all and yet still couldn't get it.
Her description was terrific.
How ever, l either purchased the wrong Staples or am seeing an unwelcome theme in theese comments .

this fun says 3/8 Staples but 3/8 Staples don't fit. what a piece.

You need to keep the black front piece down in order to close it after loading.
I had trouble with mine snapping back up.

There was a black rubber piece that snapped out of the stapler when I tried to load it. Was this suppose to happen or did a break something? Per chance, do you know? Thanks !

Which stapler is better for upholstery—JT21 or this one? Does it have 3/8" staples? the T50 is too large for my hands.

This thing is a piece of shit. If the staples are not full length to fit the stapler, it won't work. Taking it back.
