How to Load Arrow's T50X Staple Gun

It isn't working. I can't get it loaded. I have tried everything I know to do.

I haven't used my arrow T50X for a long time. I didn't keep any instructions for loading. Is it possible I somehow put the loading pin in upside down? When I want to load the staples with the legs facing away from the handle, the channel is on the other side. How do I pull out the loader and turn it the opposite?

You need to do a video on how to take it out of the plastic container it comes in. It was a monster to remove. I had to manhandle it just to get it out from the thick plastic it came in, almost broke the darn thing. I almost had to bring it back to the store. Horrible!!

What could be wrong with this brand of stapler? It won't load as easy as shown.
