that's exactly when launching amd radeon software that i have this issue but I don't have the same fil name I got atig6pxx.dll and atig6dxx.dll, I tried installing windows update, installings drivers for my cpu and gpu but nothing work, I still have the atig6pxx.dll in a folder inside system32 but i need sytem right, not admin rights to modifiy it so I can't
