Looking up some medical knowledge would have been beneficial for this program. The reason a rib was used instead of any other body part is this; the floating rib at the bottom of the ribcage can be kept alive for quite awhile when removed with current medical knowledge. This rib also is one of the only bons to produce a significant amount of stem cells. It also dosent harm or hinder the body to have it removed. Therefore it was the best choice to produce another person with some small genetic manipulations to make it female.

This is my opinion only. Now thaàt that is over. I do not see the annunaki as the creators of the universe or any universe. They are not the creator Gods. They are extraterrestials that are further advanced . They too had a creators. Are they the càreaters of humanity. No. Did they create a humanoid. Possibly.
