How much money does a small YouTube channel make (2020)

In this video, I will show you how much money I have made from YouTube in both 2019 and 2020. This is probably the question I think about the most when I look at other YouTube channels. I hope this information helps to inspire you to start a YouTube channel.

I love your videos and sometimes go back and watch them again. I like when you were on the ferry ready to get off and you made a VROOM noise and the person next to you started to laugh. I liked the Alaskan videos and I wish you can come back to the US. There are a lot of good roads to ride your bike. I liked seeing Lucia eat those foods. Your trip influenced me to try Dragon Fruit. I liked when you met Chee and his family. That was a GREAT video. Thanks for taking us with you and sharing those events.

Hi Adam great video, just found after watching tour cycle touring festival talk vid. Fascinating to know what for example your biggest numbers video made, I think a lot of people would expect it to be higher. You deserve to get paid more and I'm sure it'll keep growing! Nail on the head though, this cash is an extra for doing something you enjoy, it's a great bonus! I love watching your videos and hope you keep going! My channel is nearly at 2k subs now and I was wondering if I'd eventually make any more than the approx £20 a month I do currently. Currently saving to buy a new pc to edit on and over the next year or two I'd like to make more on YouTube of course, who wouldn't, but first and foremost doing something you genuinely love doing is more important. If that brings more money then amazing but if not, I think I would still keeping having fun with filming and editing, and I'm sure you would to. I hope one day to cycle more around the UK and hopefully get to buy you a pint one day! Cheers Adam!
