Hi Josh, i have been a fan of your sharing since this year.
Will you be considering to invest in Don Agro? Or are you be able to do a video to sharing your thought of this stock? Thanks in advance bro.

Coming out of the storm with minimal damage is all that we prayed for!

Thanks for the honest review. I understand you sold Ascott to reduce your exposure to the hospitality sector, which could be recession sensitive. However, Straits Trading has a considerable exposure to this sector with their 30% interest in Far East Hospitality. This exposure is even more direct because they are executing management contracts rather than just being a landlord for hotels. Does this concern you less than with Ascott?

It is normal to go like this. Even though you knew that the depression is coming and we expected interest rate to rise and stock market will be depressed but what can we do? Juggle around for safer assets and stay calm!

Appreciate for your sharing. In the coming months, please share your thoughts on MCT merger updates. Riding through the bear market is hard, and also learning to take small profit when possible.

you should include your cash percentage in your total portfolio, unless you don't have any cash?
Without cash percentage, we wouldn't know your risk tolerance.

It seems that much of your investment portfolio is experiencing "home biases". Why would you invest more in your own country than its contribution to the world economy? You can overweight if you feel confident in it, but investing in broad-based funds disproportionate to geoeconomic impact is biasing your long term returns.
