Sameer Lalwani is Senior Fellow and Director of the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center, and affiliate at the Center for International Relations at MIT. He previously served as a Stanton Nuclear Security Postdoctoral Fellow at the RAND Corporation. Sameer earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at MIT, and he holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Interesting talk, but then again if the veracity of the sources are significantly questionable as they have been released with official Pak guv permission & there are significant doubts of whether the analysis can be extrapolated to align to actual real world military policy & nuclear doctrine posturing; don't see much the point of the exercise.
Also would have liked more discussion on geopolitics & the wider context mixed with discussion on brief technical advance specifics like Indian superior SLBM capabilities. That would probably have made the talk a little less academically doctrinal...
