I used a wrench that closes and tightens for the white park . Angle it to pop it up . The back part I did use my teeth cause it had holes that I can pop it open with there are just small

I have just bought a HQD Cuvie Air and its not working upon opening.. All i did was remove the mouthpiece cover and stucker on the bottom.. Not sure how to fix it, any ideas?? 💜

i got the black cap off, but when it came to the white one, the plastic just literally peels off, and i got a spark from the center where the wires are. if i want trying to charge a dead battery, i would have had a shocking experience.
