Not really why D'Angelo and I made the move to Costa Rica 17 years ago to embark on a life in Costa Rica but we did. And so glad we made the move. What an adventure. Looking back, it's really a badass decision to decide to move to another country, especially back then when things weren't so 'global'. I read your comments on our videos and the personal emails I receive and I can see a lot of yearning to change things in your life. Is Costa Rica the answer? Maybe not? But there is an adventure waiting out there for you and maybe it's time to take the leap. So this is a random video offering no relevant information but I still felt the need to make it. And Queen Elizabeth died a few days ago. What a classy lady. Projected so much strength in the eye of a storm. Served her people for 70 years. Sacrificed. Stoic. No complaining and doing her duty. Imagine meeting the new prime minister 2 days before you die. So just a quick SHOUT OUT to the Queen of Queens.

Beautiful video, love the scenery. We just got back from CR 2 days ago, my pictures look like paintings. Spent 2 days at Las Lagos, the rest of the week in the Tamarindo areas on the beaches. I haven't been back to La Fortuna in 31 years, it's grown a lot in that time. I married a Tica and have been coming to CR (mostly SJ area to visit family) a few times a year for 31 years. Retirement is just around the corner and we are planning on living in CR for 6 months a year, maybe more once the grandkids get bigger. The stress level goes WAY down when I'm there. This last trip was no different. On the way home, on our first connecting flight from ATL, the people were so rude and making it all about them, made we want to get on a plane back!

Love this video! You have captured the essence of living in CR. After returning from a 12 day stay all over CR, I am seriously questioning what I am doing over here in Phoenix. Something inside me has changed since my return to the grind. Curiously, I am finding out that getting of the hamster wheel is not as easy as I envisioned. Lots of thinking over here.
