My wife and I live in Alaska. We've been eating this diet for a long time. We eat moose, caribou, muskox, and salmon that I catch or kill myself. We raise our own organic chickens for the eggs. We have goats for the raw milk. My daughter has never eaten processed food. She's two, and her doctors say she has the brain power of a 4 year old. They can't believe how healthy she is. I love this guy and his dedication to debunking the food industry lies.

I've been eating like this (not strict) for almost 3 years now because of you, I stopped having daily multiple dumps after dropping greens and beans, I've never felt this good

You surely know how to make a person's tongue dance with happiness. Your way of eating is not Only optimal, satiating, and tasty, but it also is very tantalizing. And I am blessed to abstumble on you, handsome Paul. You rock, doc!!!!😊

Getting high quality foods is the main focus of my diet as Costa Rica and also as someone who takes care of my own health. I noticed that's the trick and it's pretty easy to get top quality and fresh ingredients around here

300 (75g protein) steak 50g (2g protein) cheese 120ml (4g protein)160g (35g protein) ground beef 25g (5g protein) meat stick half an egg (3g protein) roughly around 124g of protein i say there is a 6g of protein that is either less or more so (118gto130g) is the range he is probably by looks a 71kg or 145lbs so his protein is in the range of 1.6g per 1kg or 2.2lbs he is maximasing muscle to protein synthesis thats why he looks muscular even though he trains cardio for the most part and some stretching what do you think was i accurate enough in the protein guessing

Must be nice to have the kind of freedom and means that enables the ability to live that kind of lifestyle…smh. The reality for most common folk is no matter how hard you try to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle it is becoming obscenely expensive to maintain it let alone difficult with having a rigid and non flexible work life environment most people have. Kudos to you sir!

Liked your book a lot. It makes the carnivore diet look less limiting. Into my second week. Flu symptoms kicking in, but my body is slowly feeling better.

I love Paul, but there is a crucial factor that he doesn't much talk about in his content. It's that he is much richer than most people and is able to afford an abundance of such amazing primal foods that are naturally good for our health. Unfortunately, today's economy has made it so, yes, buying animal-based high quality foods is definitely possible, but the problem lies in the fact that these foods are sold at such low quantity and high price that even if you can afford SOME, that doesn't mean you'll have enough to satisfy your hunger. This depends on the person though, for example I have bought 6 pounds of grass-fed high quality ground beef, including heart and liver, and I would eat 2 pounds of it, a glass of raw kefir, 7 pasture-raised eggs, and a full container of apples or dates and I'd still be hungry and my 130$ worth of food would be gone so quickly, to the point where I had completely overspent on my budget just to get more organic food. Meanwhile you could get a 15-pound bag of rice, and a much higher quantity of grain-fed ground beef for a lot cheaper, or chicken, or maybe processed meat, and make large meals with all of it that are full of carbohydrates and protein. Now, does this mean these meals are going to be as healthy or satiating as a feast of the kind of foods Paul eats? Likely not. But that doesn't at all mean that these 'processed' foods are inherently bad, there are still so many bioavailable nutrients even in low quality meat, for much cheaper and in higher quantity!

Like I said though, this absolutely depends on the person. I'm 6'1" and 156 lbs and my body is still developing. I need a very high intake of foods to be fully satisfied. This is what works for me
