Youtube CC caption subtitles: how to force ON for new upload

A trick to set ON the automatic multi-language CC captions for your uploaded videos. I found out, we must speak Loudly and with some volume (i.e. no pauses, no slow speaking) right from the start of the video, so the script software starts, recognises and writes down the words. So a little bit of more loud and fast speaking at the beginning of the video.

This no longer works, we have created the CC as well as the Auto-Generated, saved, added the tag yt:cc+on and the CC are not forced on. YouTube has probably updated to block this feature from working now :(
