. I'd like to see a organized Nationwide network of government accountability auditors. In retail they call them secret shopper's and it's one of the most effective way to keep productivy high and discourage employee misconduct. Any company has these type of performance based incentive

Been wanting to start, just need to get stuff together. My opinion, I want to be prepared and also got kids and one on the way. Would rather be prepared for the worst instead of caught off guard and end up putting my wife and kids in a bad situation. David is right on the money, keep your mouth shut, the only reason they ask questions is to build a case against you.

Almost everyone skips over the most important factor when they do these how to videos. MONEY! If a couple thousand dollars is enough to break you, don't do it, if losing your job will break you, don't do it, if investing thousands and years of your time just to break even or lose in the end is unacceptable, don't do it, if making court dates is going to be difficult, don't do it. Knowing your rights and the laws pertaining to whatever activity you're engaged in is one thing, but when that trained drug recognition expert gives you a dui based solely on his word since he's an "expert" it's going to be expensive and there are no guarantees you won't have to live with that on your record forever.

I think it depends on your personality and how you want to handle the situation, but I would definitely read up on the law before you go out.

Brilliant video i have learnt so much from you guy's and alot of it is the same law here in the UK..there are a few differences most important is that our police officers are not as bad but unfortunately they are getting worse and this needs to be addressed hence me starting my channel..i will post a video in the next few day's highlighting the differences and similarities as i think it will help all auditor's to understand the basics of law in different countries so everyone understands what they are watching..many thanks and regards from the UK...

The audit community, perhaps NAIR, needs to start looking into grant opportunities that might provide funding for lawsuits to work towards establishing case law in multiple district courts.

Grants could also be used to outfit an auditor or a group of auditors toward achieving a specific objective study of law enforcement issues. I know a couple folks with grant writing skills. I am already gathering information to use for a grant proposal.

Seen everybody get jacked up on that public sidewalk. So that didn't turn out to be a safe space did it? Woudn't dare get them worked up going into their palaces.

Would you guys advise telling police of any disabilities youve got upon an encounter. like social disabilities, mental, physical, ect?

As for p and p news' advice at 20:00 "dont go inside if ur not comfortable doing so" thats exactly what i do. Its also why i do revisits of places that have passed. I record the external a few times 2 - 3 times. Then by the 4th time not only do i know some of the people in the area at the time, but i know the area to where the public acsess is and more so then i feel more comfortable with going inside to record
