The Daily Stoic Shorts are the most mentally nutritious tidbits in the world. I'm so grateful for Ryan Holiday. This 'kid' (I'm 70) has dramatically improved my life. Tony Robbins was valuable in my journey... but even Tony can't hold a candle to Ryan. Stoicism reduces unnecessary suffering more than anything I've ever seen.

Soooo True.. I put off cleaning my kitchen, went and rode my horse. We had a accident he fell on top of me. Really sucked cleaning my kitchen when I was in so much pain and could barely walk 😡😩

What’s interesting is that some things which are worth doing don’t become worth doing if we’re unsure if we’re going to get tomorrow. In that sense it can be just as arrogant to put something off for tomorrow as doing something that might make tomorrow better, e.g. delayed gratification yadeyada.
