How not to do a blackhead removal... This is blackhead plucking which you might have seen online and is a new blackhead removal technique - I think I just prefer a pore strip.

Hey guys and welcome back to todays Shorts Video where we are talking a look at a blackhead extraction and blackhead removal on nose. This is a blackhead removal fail as I think blackhead plucking takes longer than a pore strip removal and does a less thorough job of it.

Both. Strip first, then pluck the remainder because the strips definitely don't get it all.

I like to watch the plucking as well as the pore strips. It’s definitely not efficient though. I’m imagining they do it for views 🤷🏼‍♀️

You mention THE thing that truly grosses me out. Leaving that crud on the face, the hair (when they’re removed near a patient’s hairline), a dermatologist taking the extracted crud and placing it on their non-dominant gloved up hand where we watch this growing pile with each continuing minute they’re working on their patient, leaving the crud on the tools being used, and lastly when some aren’t even wearing gloves! But seriously, why do they feel it’s an acceptable and appropriate procedure to not practice good hygiene? And do they even get new clients after watching their very unhygienic procedures?🤷🏼‍♀️

I have watched this type of extraction for a good year and it’s one of my favorites especially along that bottom part of the nose where strips can’t always tuck into. And yes I believe those are cuticle clippers. They can pull out more than one filament at a time too. Great for blackheads in same area

This method is FUN to watch! Especially when it leaves behind a perfect hole. Much more fun than a pore strip. May not be practical, but great to watch

Life‘s a little too short for individual removal, lol😅 Pore strip first, then maybe pluck the ones that didn’t come out?

I think tweezers would be better than cutical nippers

I agree …U se both methods. Strip first and then remove the stubborn leftovers with plucking. That way everything is very clean.

It's definitely a pore strip! The goal is to get them gone. Not be gross!

I think doing both would probably be more effective. Plucking some of the more protruding ones out and follow up with a strip to get any left over. 🤷🏻‍♀️😊
